Levi Moore To William Squires

State of South Carolina
Know all men by these presents that I, Levi Moore of Marion District in the State aforesaid Have for and in consideration of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars to me paid by William Squires of Horry District in said State have granted, bargained, sold and released and by these presents doth grant, bargain sell and release unto the said William Squires, his heirs and assigns forever, all that plantation or tract of land containing in the whole Three Hundred Acres, more or less, viz: a One tract granted to William Bulton the 9th day of Sept. 1774, for 100 acres as may be seen in the above plat at A with double dotted lines, the remaining part of a tract of 6350 acres granted to Benjamin Moore the 4th day of March 1793, beginning a stake corner at B. following the courses and distances laid down in the above plat until it comes to a stake at Gum corner at C. from thence by a line agreed on by the parties and marked by Zebedee Causey to D. as appears by a single dotted line from thence to the beginning. Situate in said District on Spring Swamp on the road from Dog Bluff to Conwayborough.

Together with all & singular the the rites, members, hereditaments & appertenances thereunto belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining To Have & to Hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said William Squires, his heirs and assigns forever, and I do hereby bind myself my heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend the same against myself my heirs and against any other person whomsoever claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Given under my hand & seal the ____ day of ______ One thousand Eight huindred and Twenty _____ and in the 46th year of the Independence of the United Stated of America

Personally appeared David Durant and duly maid oath that he was personally present and saw Levi Moore sign seal and deliver the within Deed & did at the same time sign his name as a witness thereto with James Altman.
